Tributes paid to Dr. Manmohan Singh in Bokaro

A two-minute silence was observed on Friday at the District Collectorate in honor of former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh. The tribute was led by Deputy Commissioner Vijaya Jadhav on the first floor of the Collectorate, with officials and employees from various departments participating.

 

Deputy Development Commissioner Girja Shankar Prasad, Additional Collector Md. Mumtaz Ansari, District Transport Officer Vandana Shejwalkar, District Supply Officer Shalini Khalkho, District Land Acquisition Officer Dwarika Baitha, District Panchayati Raj Officer Md. Safique Alam, District Social Welfare Officer Dr. Suman Gupta, Assistant Public Relations Officer Avinash Kumar Singh, along with heads and staff of other departments, were present on the occasion.

 

Similar tributes were paid at the block and circle offices, where Block Development Officers (BDOs) and Circle Officers (COs) led the ceremonies, observing two minutes of silence in memory of the former Prime Minister.
