Tiger movement has been witnessed on the banks of Kaliyasot river in Bhopal. Small paw prints have also been found here along with big ones. The forest department staff is searching. Footprints are also being matched to ascertain whether the small ones are of new cubs.
Forest department ranger Lakhanlal Ingle said that they are matching the footprints of which tiger or tigress. They are also finding out whether the small footprints are of existing cubs or new ones. There was movement at night, but later they went towards Chandanpura forest. Searching has been done this morning as well. The forest department team is constantly keeping an eye.
Tiger friend(Bagh Mitr) Rashid Noor said that it is very important to close the road of Chandanpura. If the cubs are new, then a situation of conflict between tiger and human can also arise.
Noor said that tiger movement has been going on continuously in Chandanpura for 2 months. People go for a walk here in the morning and evening. It is also necessary to stop this. So, an incident like Raisen does not happen. The district administration should also take this seriously and stop people from venturing the region.
