CMPDI begins the fortnight long June 16th to June 30th celebrations of Swachhata Pakhwada started on Sunday by administering Swachhata Pledge to the employees.
CMD, CMPDI, Manoj Kumar administered Swachhata Pledge to the employees of CMPDI and RI-III at its headquarter in nthe State Capital. On this occasion, Director (T/CRD), Shri Shankar Nagachari, RD, RI-III, Ranchi, Jayant Chakraborty, General Managers, Head of Departments and senior officials of CMPDI (HQ) and RI-III were present on this occasion.
CMPDI will carry out various activities during Swachhata Pakhwada like Awareness drives on curb Single Use Plastics, Plastic waste management, Clean drinking water etc., and activities like Cleanliness drive, Disposal of wastage, garbage. Competitions like Quiz, Essay writing and Drawing and others, to raise awareness regarding Swachhata among people.
Under Swachh Bharat Mission of Government of India, Coal India and its subsidiaries observing Swachhata Pakhwada from June 16th to June 30, 2024 to fulfil the Mahatma Gandhi dream of Clean and Hygeine India.
