CII Young Indians, Jamshedpur Chapter, organized Future 4.0 – a panel discussion with college students, focusing on Road Safety and Mental Health at the CFE auditorium today.
Students from Arka Jain University, XITE College, and Mrs. KMPM Vocational College participated in the roundtable discussion. The event began with an essay competition, followed by two roundtable discussions on the respective topics. Fifteen students participated in each discussion.
The jury, consisting of Parvinder Bhatia, an eminent journalist; Rumela Ghosh, a seasoned educator and counselor at Loyola School; Priti Singh, a former research assistant on impactful projects focused on primary education; Ashish Kapoor, ranked among the top 1,000 educators globally by the Global Education Skills Corp.; and Divya Taneja, Regional Chair, Young Indians, selected four best speakers.
Raj Ranjan and Ananya Mishra of Arka Jain University, along with V.S. Kumuda Yamini and N. Varsha of XITE College, Ghamaria, were chosen as the best speakers. The evaluation was based on Relevance, Innovation, Confidence, Communication, Acceptance, and Knowledge.
The selected students will now advance to the regional round of Future 4.0, where they will compete against students from colleges across more than six cities in the eastern region. The regional round is scheduled for the first week of September 2024.
