As per the directions of JHALSA, Ranchi and the order of Principal District and Sessions Judge - Co-Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Rajesh Sharan Singh, a meeting was held on Wednesday in the auditorium of Civil Court, Garhwa regarding the preparation of Special Lok Adalat related to land and revenue matters.
The meeting was attended by Additional Collector, Sub-Divisional Officer, Block Development Officer, all Circle Officers, Land Sub-Collector.
Addressing the meeting, Principal District and Sessions Judge - Co-Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Rajesh Sharan Singh said that to make the upcoming Special Lok Adalat successful, all the officers should call the parties in all the pending cases in their respective offices by issuing notice and executing it. So that the Special Lok Adalat related to revenue matters can be made successful.
In the meeting, Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, said that from 24.06.2024 to 28.06.2024, Pre-Lok Adalat Bench related to land and revenue matters will be constituted in the concerned block and the parties can appear in the concerned block and get their case executed and can avail the benefits of this special Lok Adalat in an easy and quick manner.
