Thursday, 04 July 2024 | Staff Reporter | BHOPAL

Leader of Opposition in the Assembly Umang Singhar reached the Satyagraha of Youth Congress going on at Board Office Square against the nursing scam today. He ended the Satyagraha by providing biscuits to Youth Congress President Mitendra Singh.

On this occasion, Umang Singhar said, our fight is with Minister Vishwas Sarang. This fight will continue until he resigns.

He said that innocent students of the state take admission in the college. How would they know that the college is fake? Here in Bhopal, the officers in connivance with the minister tamper with the rules. Due to which the future of the students is getting ruined. We want to assure the youth of the state that we will not let your future be tampered with.

He said that this Satyagraha will be completed when you will win the entire battle of the nursing college. This fight of yours will continue against Vishwas Sarang from the House to the field. The Congress party and its MLAs are completely with you in this fight of yours. Our fight is with the minister who is a minister in the cabinet of Mohan Yadav's government. Mohan Yadav has kept such a corrupt minister. Mohan Yadav has just joined and his image is clean. If he wants his image to be tarnished, if the minister's black stains come on his clothes, then he should bear it.

Youth Congress started a 24-hour satyagraha at Board Office Square from Tuesday against the nursing college scam. Along with Youth Congress President Mitendra Darshan Singh, many youth leaders and students affected by the nursing scam also reached the satyagraha site. Some nursing students started crying bitterly at the satyagraha site.

During this, PCC Chief Jeetu Patwari also reached and consoled the students. Vivek Tripathi accused the BJP of doing only politics and neglecting the students and youth. Many Congress leaders including former Union Minister Arun Yadav, former Minister PC Sharma, Jaivardhan Singh reached the spot and accused the BJP of protecting the education mafia.

Demanding the resignation of Minister Vishwas, Sarang

Youth Congress State President Mitendra Singh said that a nursing scam has taken place in the BJP rule, due to which the future of lakhs of students has been ruined. This has affected the future of the students as well as their entire family. The BJP has forced the students to wander from door to door at the behest of the education mafia. We will fight this battle from the House to the streets. We demand the resignation of Vishwas Sarang and strict action against the responsible officers.
