As per the instructions of Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority (JLSA), Ranchi, under the aegis of District Legal Services Authority, Garhwa and on the instructions of Principal District Sessions Judge cum-Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Garhwa, Rajesh Sharan Singh, a special Lok Adalat related to motor vehicle accident claim was organized on Saturday.
10 cases related to motor vehicle accident claims were disposed of in the special Lok Adalat. In which a total compensation of Rs. 62,10,000 was given to the victim party.
Principal District Sessions Judge Rajesh Sharan Singh said that as per the orders of JhaLSA Ranchi, a special Lok Adalat related to motor vehicle accident claim has been organized. Under which benches have been constituted in Garhwa and Nagar Untari sub division. In this, a maximum number of cases are being settled. Counseling and mediation work was being done continuously for the last 15 days. In which after hearing both the parties, we have ensured settlement of many cases. In my opinion, this is an initiative so that people are not unnecessarily entangled in disputes and they get the compensation amount immediately.
Two benches (including Nagar Sub-Divisional Civil Court) were constituted for the execution of cases related to motor vehicle accident claim, in which Shivnath Tripathi, District and Additional Sessions Judge-III and Manoj Kumar Tripathi, District and Additional Sessions Judge, Nagar Untari were present. One advocate each was also nominated along with the judge of all the benches.

On the occasion, Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Ravi Chaudhary, In-charge Judge - cum- Judicial Magistrate Mahendra Pandit, litigants, advocates, court staff, PLV Suryadev Chaudhary, Murali Shyam Tiwari, Sangeeta Sinha were also present.
