The rotary club of Delhi southend next hosted a special event titled Melodies for a Mission collaboration with Action for Autism on Friday at The piano man Jazz club in Saket, this musical event was organised to support a noble cause.
A portion of the proceeds from ticket sales and donations will support action for autism's efforts in providing education, advocacy, and support services for individuals on the autism spectrum.
Partnership with Action for Autism made the event unique, this is an organization dedicated to empowering individuals with autism spectrum disorders and their families.
Melodies for a Mission had showcased performances by the Crooner Collective (Music Band) and other artists, the evening offered a diverse range of musical genres from jazz to soul to the attendees. The event represented a collaborative effort to raise awareness and support for autism while celebrating the music to unite and inspire change.
Ridhika Dewan Khanna, President of the Rotary Club of Delhi Southend Next and Reeta Sabharwal, Secretary at Action for Autism had expressed their thoughts about the collaboration, stating, "Through the power of music and community support, we aim to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with autism and their families." They also emphasized the importance of efforts in advancing their mission of empowerment and advocacy.The event invited individuals to come together to support autism awareness through the language of music. Attendees will not only enjoy a night of entertainment but also contribute to a cause. There were QR code scanners in the club through which the attendees can donate to the rotary southend next foundation for the cause.
