As per the instructions of the State Govt, Addl DG (Complaints), Bhopal, DC Sagar met with police officials in the city and called for the timely resolution of complaints pending on the CM Helpline.
In the last 4 days, the Dhar Police have successfully resolved a total of 277 of these complaints.Acting on the instructions of the Chief Minister, ADGP Sagar organized a meeting at the Superintendent of Police's office in Dhar.
Upon his arrival, Inspector General of Police, Indore (Rural) Zone, Anurag, Deputy Inspector General of Police, Indore (Rural) Range, Nimish Agarwal, and Superintendent of Police, Dhar, Manoj Kumar Singh, welcomed him with a flower bouquet.During the meeting, pending CM Helpline complaints were discussed. To ensure quick resolution of these complaints, all officials in charge of stations were given directions and instructed to listen to the problems of the public sensitively. Resolving complaints satisfactorily and ensuring the public receives proper justice is the top priority of the police.
Under the guidance of the SP, Dhar Police have taken prompt action on the pending complaints and have achieved significant success by resolving a total of 277 complaints satisfactorily in the last four days.The meeting was attended by IG, Indore (Rural), Anurag; DIG, Indore (Rural), Nimish Agarwal; Dhar SP, Manoj Kumar Singh; ASP, Indrajit Bakalwar; DSP, Dhar, Ravindra Vaskale; RI, Purushottam Bishnoi; Traffic Insp Prem Singh Thakur; and all the station in-charges of Dhar district.
