With the availability of these services at AIIMS Bhopal, we aim to bring the best of traditional and modern medicine together, providing our patients with comprehensive care."
Panchakarma, a holistic detoxification and rejuvenation therapy, is offered at AIIMS Bhopal in a state-of-the-art facility. These treatments are administered by highly trained and qualified Ayurvedic practitioners, ensuring an effective and personalized healing experience. Panchakarma is designed to cleanse the body of toxins, restore balance, and rejuvenate both body and mind.
The Panchakarma Process:
"Oleation (Snehana): This initial step involves the application of herbal and mineral-based oils to the body. These oils penetrate deep into the tissues, delivering medicinal properties to every cell and loosening toxins lodged within the body.
"Fomentation (Swedana): Following oleation, fomentation therapies are applied to induce sweating. These therapies soften the tissues, making them more flexible, and help liquefy and eliminate toxins from the body.
Panchakarma has many benefits such as complete body detoxification, elimination of toxins, increased metabolic rate, weight loss, strengthening digestion, relaxation of mind and body, tissue regeneration, boosted immunity, stress reduction etc. Every month, about 250 people are benefitting from this at AIIMS Bhopal.
The Panchakarma process impacts individuals on multiple levels-mentally, physically, and emotionally.
