Outsiders need to give info to police compulsorily

Amid increasing number of theft and burglaries police have  taken a big step regarding the safety of the citizens of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Bhopal Police has issued guidelines for people coming from other districts. Under the new guidelines, it is mandatory for all those who have come to live in Bhopal from outside to share their information.

Under this, from tenants to servants working in houses and students coming from outside will have to give their information.

Bhopal Commissioner Harinarayanchari Mishra implemented Section 163 of the new law Indian Civil Security Code 2023. Along with this, instructions were also given to strictly follow this order.

Bhopal Police has taken this decision in view of the increasing incidents of robbery and theft in the city. The Police Commissioner has asked to strictly follow the new order.

He said that all the people who live on rent in the city, staying in hotels, hostels or have come from outside in any manner. It is necessary to give information to all of them. If you do not do this, the police can take legal action against you. The purpose of this order is to control the increasing crime incidents in the city. Also, suspicious activities can be monitored.

The Police Commissioner said that Bhopal city is sensitive for many reasons. There are many important people and places with special security. Whose security is very important. Therefore, the police must have information about all the people who come to Bhopal temporarily.

For the security of these areas, it is necessary for them to know about the new people who have come to Bhopal. If you stay in a hotel, lodge, dharamshala, resort or guest house during your visit to Bhopal, then you will also have to give your information to the managers there.

If a landlord rents out his house or any part of it, then he will have to fill the information of the tenant or paying guest in a prescribed form and submit it to the local police station or Madhya Pradesh Police Citizen Portal within a week.
