The Income Tax Department (Intelligence & Criminal Investigation), Ranchi organised an outreach programme related to financial transaction statement at the Central Revenue Building, Ranchi, in which District Registrars and Deputy Registrars of Ranchi, Gumla, Lohardaga, Ramgarh and other districts were present along with officers and employees of other financial related reporting institutions.
As a part of the outreach programme discussion for filing financial transaction statement and redressal of related problems and requesting the taxpayers to timely file accurate details of financial transaction statement as per Annual Information Return. The panelists included Jitan Ram, Deputy Income Tax Director (Intelligence and Criminal Investigation) Ranchi, k Pramanik Assistant Income Tax Director and Rajiv Kumar Income Tax Officer.
Income Tax Officers informed the related financial reporting institutions that the cases of not filing SFT or filing wrong SFT are under investigation and notices are being issued to them.
Income Tax Inspectors Rajiv Kumar, Prafulla Kujur, Senior Tax Assistant, Ravi Kumar, Tax Assistant, Ankita Rani and other staff members of Income Tax Department (Intelligence & Criminal Investigation), Ranchi were also present during the programme.
