Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has stated that the 5th Regional Industry Conclave of the state, to be held in Rewa on October 23, will play an important role in providing a new direction for the industrial development of both the Vindhya region and the state. Through this platform, concrete steps will be taken to strengthen the industry, trade, tourism, and agriculture sectors. This will create new opportunities for industrial progress and employment in the state, particularly in the Vindhya region, thereby bolstering the state's overall economic development.
A Business Promotion Center is being established for trade and industrial stakeholders at the Rewa Industry Conclave, where more than 16 major government and private departments will showcase their products, services, and policies. The objective of the center is to simplify business processes and promote dialogue between investors and entrepreneurs, thereby strengthening the industrial environment.
The MP Industrial Development Corporation will play a major role in the conclave, supporting investors in establishing businesses by simplifying and facilitating processes under the “Ease of Doing Business” initiative. The MP State Electronics Development Corporation will share development and investment opportunities in the state's IT and ESDM industries.
The MSME Department will provide information about its schemes and support programs to promote micro, small, and medium enterprises, ensuring these entities make a stronger contribution to the state's industrial infrastructure.
Exports and International Trade Will Gain Momentum
The Directorate of Foreign Trade will guide participants on export opportunities, while the Customs Department will provide information on import-export procedures and regulations, enhancing international trade and exports. Additionally, ECGC will offer comprehensive information on credit insurance and financial services for exporters, providing state exporters the opportunity to strengthen their presence in the global market.
The Madhya Pradesh Tourism Department will present special information on the state's tourism destinations and the possibilities for investment in the industry during the conclave. Furthermore, the Handicrafts Development Corporation will share new methods to market their products, aiming to encourage the state's handicrafts industry.

The Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority will provide insights into export opportunities for agricultural products, facilitating further access to international markets for the state’s agricultural sector.
