With the aim to strengthen the relation between Netherlands and India, New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) in collaboration with Embassy of Netherlands on Saturday organised a music concert by Indo-Dutch Artist on the theme of ‘Song of Water’ in the background of newly bloomed Tulips at Nehru Park, Chanakyapuri.
Thousands of audience across the Delhi NCR region mesmerized with wonderful performances by Eminent Artist Pandit Shubhendra Rao and Maestro Saskia Rao with Pranshu Chaturlal and Heiko Dijker in Indo-Dutch Music Concert.
In his welcome address, Chairman NDMC Amit Yadav welcomed all diplomatic dignitaries, music lovers and visitors of the Tulip Festival in Nehru Park as an audience of Indo- Dutch Music Concert as a part of the event series of Spring season celebration by NDMC.
He said across the city is being visiting the Tulip Festival organised by NDMC in collaboration also with Netherlands and enjoying the beauty and fragrance of the second edition of this Tulip Festival.
In this year, NDMC added a music flavour in the Tulip Festival in association with the Embassy of Netherlands. The Chairman hopes that the Netherlands will also be collaborated in future for this cultural and horticulture field to continue these activities to strengthen the friendship of India and Netherlands.
