On the occasion of 76th NCC Day, which is celebrated every year on the fourth Sunday of November, 3rd Jharkhand Battalion NCC Ranchi organized a "Run for Unity" following the NCC motto "Unity and Discipline". The race covered a distance of 5 kms through Morabadi, Raj Bhawan, Karamtoli pond and returned to its place. Volunteers guided and motivated the cadets throughout the route. Drinking water was also available for the cadets at every corner of the route. The cadets showed great enthusiasm and successfully completed the program.
About 450 cadets participated, who were divided into 4 groups of Junior Wing, Junior Division, Senior Division and Senior Wing. The program started with the motivational words of Commanding Officer Colonel Santosh Kumar Singh. He highlighted the importance of NCC Day, how important it is for us to remain physically and mentally healthy.
