Municipal Commissioner Harendra Narayan met with beneficiaries of the Ganga Nagar Residential Project under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana on Wednesday.
Following the meeting, he instructed officials to carry out micro-planning to complete the remaining construction works in all blocks of the project.He further directed that all construction works should be completed to the required standards, and possession should be handed over to the beneficiaries.
During the meeting, the Municipal Commissioner also discussed issues with the beneficiaries and assured them that their problems and demands would be addressed promptly.Superintending Engineer Udit Garg, In-charge Executive Engineer RK Goyal, consultants, contractors, and beneficiaries attended the meeting at the municipal headquarters.
Officials said that work on MIG Phase 3 would be completed by December 2024, MIG Phase 1 by January 2025, and Phase 2 by March 2025.
The Municipal Commissioner warned that there would be no further extension to the deadlines for completion of work.
