Applauding noteworthy performances from officials and employees during the festival season, MP Transco on Monday said that operations on the day were led by Managing Director Sunil Tiwari who remained present at two of its facilities and maintained a close watch on arrangements as power requirements peaked.
Tiwari remained present at State Load Dispatch Center in Jabalpur and SCADA Control Center in Nayagaon, Jabalpur during Diwali festivities and monitored the transmission system of the entire state from the company headquarters, When the maintenance and operating staff of the company were engaged in providing uninterrupted power for the target of zero power disruption in more than 43000 circuit kilometer long transmission lines and 416 sub stations in entire state,Tiwari was also present to boost the morale of employees and officers doing duty in these transmission lines and sub-stations and to recognize their devotion to duty on the festival of lights.
He maintained a strict vigil on load fluctuations, voltage, demand during peak load hours, as he does during festivals and at the time of voting and counting of votes in elections.He often leads the company operations from the front while being present at various transmission facilities of the company.The company also applauded the company employees and officials who ensured uninterrupted power supply during peak load hours through the Diwali season.
