Madhya Pradesh Primary Teachers Passed Association is once again preparing to go on strike in front of DPI.
According to the association, if the School Education Department does not conduct the selection process and counseling as per the orders of the High Court, then it will soon go on strike again after the elections and will protest.
Madhya Pradesh Primary Teachers Passed Association Convenor (President) Mangal Singh said that the order was issued by the Honorable High Court on March 18, 2024, in which the order to fill the posts of laboratory teachers was sent to the concerned department, DPI Department. Because the counseling of Tribal Affairs Department and School Education Department is done by the School Education Department and the posts of Lab of Tribal Affairs Department were updated on the portal, despite that still no order has come related to starting the process, now the department has less than a month left.
We would like to say that if this selection process is not done on time, then we will launch another movement after the elections.
Mangal Singh said that the advertisement for the post of Primary Teacher Recruitment 2020 Second Counseling was issued by the Tribal Affairs Department on 6 December 2022 for 807 posts. Only after this the roster of 1696 posts of the laboratory is released by the Tribal Affairs Department. Counseling of 807 primary teachers is completed by DPI with second counseling and now 1696 posts of Tribal Affairs Department are the posts of laboratory teachers only, whose roster is still registered on the site TRC portal, whose counseling process is done in second counseling only.
It was supposed to go but on June 30, 2023, it was stopped in the second counseling advertisement by saying that due to the different qualifications of the laboratory teacher, its process would be done after the second counseling of DPI.
