Monsoon is close to MP

The monsoon, which has covered many parts of Maharashtra, is close to the border of Madhya Pradesh, but due to the weakening of the Bay of Bengal and Arabian Sea branches, it will take 4 to 5 more days to enter told IMD Bhopal.

The monsoon may arrive in the state by June 18. The monsoon will enter from the southern part.

Before the arrival of monsoon, it rained in some districts including Guna, Sehore on Thursday. The Meteorological Department has predicted rain in many districts including Indore, Bhopal at night.

The Meteorological Department has predicted moderate storms with lightning in Rajgarh, Guna, Dewas including Khargone, Omkareshwar of Khandwa, Indore, Amarkantak of Anuppur.

At the same time, there is a possibility of light thunder and rain with lightning in Bairagarh, Sehore of Bhopal. The weather may change at night in Betul, Agar, South Ujjain, Ashoknagar, Shajapur, Barwani, Sheopur Kalan, South-West Shivpuri, North-East Vidisha, Burhanpur, Dhar's Mandu, Dindori, Seoni, South-East Umaria, West Mandla, South-East Sagar and South Damoh.

Earlier on Wednesday, 18-year-old Chandan Kahar died due to lightning in Siras Singodi village of Chand in Chhindwara. At the same time, after evening, the weather also changed in Bhopal, Vidisha, Dewas, Neemuch, Sehore, Maheshwar of Khargone, Indore, Shajapur, Omkareshwar of Khandwa, Pandhurna, Dindori, Seoni, Balaghat, Ashoknagar, Chhindwara, Udaygiri, Rajgarh, Alirajpur, Dhar, Sagar, Damoh, Amarkantak of Anuppur, Raisen and Barwani districts.
