The meeting of Official Language Implementation Committee was held on Friday in BHEL, Bhopal under the leadership of SM Ramanathan, Executive Director (BHEL, Bhopal) in the presence of all General Managers and Department Heads.
‘Manas Manjari’ Magazine Year-35, Issue-1 was released by Ramanathan in the meeting. On this occasion, Arif Ahmed Siddiqui, Additional General Manager (HR) welcomed everyone.
In his address, Ramanathan said that everyone in the unit should be encouraged and motivated for Hindi work and new activities should be done. Note sheets and letters should be written in Hindi as much as possible at the unit level and quarterly Hindi meetings should be organized at the General Manager level. He further said that your efforts should always be towards excellence. Earlier, Birendra Kumar Singh, General Manager (Human Resources) said that due to the combined and dedicated efforts of all of us, BHEL's Bhopal unit is playing a leading role in the field of official language, but according to the new circumstances, there is an expectation to increase the use of Hindi further.
In the meeting, after extensive discussion on various topics related to departmental action plans, meetings, training, competitions, etc. to make the implementation of official language more effective in Bhopal unit, the action plan for the next quarter was decided.
In the meeting, Smt. Poonam Sahu, Deputy Manager (Official Language) made a presentation on the activities of the past quarter and the upcoming action plan.
