Under the chairmanship of Sudarshan Bhagat, MP, Lohardaga Parliamentary Constituency-cum-Chairman, District Development Coordination and Monitoring Committee (Disha), the meeting was held on Monday in the meeting room of the District Council Office.

In the meeting, first of all, the compliance of the instructions given in the meeting held on 15.07.2022 was reviewed. In the event of a woman losing her land in Araiya on the bypass road in the district, instructions were given to the Land Reform Deputy Collector to investigate whether the woman was landless. The agricultural equipment given by the Land Conservation Department to the beneficiaries of Pesharar was kept in Kairo block. In case of loss, instructions were given to the culprits to get the equipment installed at the right place and inform within 15 days.

In the case of milching cows previously insured by the Rural Development Department through Oriental Insurance, Ranchi, the beneficiaries whose animals died instructions were given to the Rural Development Officer to seek guidance from the department to provide them benefits. Instructions were given to hire part-time teachers in classes 9-12 as per the budget. In case of pending payment, instructions were given to the District Education Officer to demand additional budget.

The MP directed to fill the potholes in the PCC road from Senha to Murkitodar road. He directed uniform action in transportation of sand. Instructions were given to resolve the complaints regarding water tap schemes in the district.

A proposal was made by the District Council Chairman to provide information about the work done by various agencies of the district. Guardwall proposed in PCC path at Kolsimri Sukarhutu.

The MLA representative proposed the arrangement of bench-desks for seating 500 students in Plus Two High School Maradih. Information was also given about the absence of a bridge across the river in Charagadi. A proposal was made to investigate the Akashi-Narauli-Kairo road.

Disha member Ramesh Oraon informed about the pipeline being laid on the Kandra-Buti path and on the road in Bhandra and proposed to get it removed. In the meeting, block chiefs and heads of various panchayats presented the problems of their respective areas.
