Under the able guidance and support of Executive Director of AIIMS Bhopal Prof. (Dr.) Ajai Singh, the Department of Pediatrics organized a Guest Lecture on Wednesday.
The event featured distinguished pediatric neurologists Dr. Rachana Dubey (D.M. Pediatric Neurology, AIIMS New Delhi) and Dr. Pankaj Pal (D.M. Pediatric Neurology, PGIMER, Chandigarh).
The lecture aimed to enrich the knowledge base of our residents, foster learning, and facilitate the sharing of valuable experiences. Dr. Rachana Dubey delivered a lucid presentation on the "Approach to Movement Disorders," incorporating videos for a more practical understanding.
Dr Pankaj Pal discussed recent updates and approaches to Acute Encephalitis Syndrome.
The sessions were chaired by Professor and Head of the Department of Pediatrics, Dr. Shikha Malik, and Dr. Priyanka V Kashyap, Associate Professor of Neurology, AIIMS Bhopal. A case-based presentation was also conducted by postgraduate resident Dr. Pooja Phulgirkar, with expert comments provided by our esteemed guest faculty.
