Bollywood actor-cum-BJP MP Kangana Ranaut on Sunday accused the Himachal Pradesh Government of diverting state loans to former Congress president Sonia Gandhi, claiming that corruption is depleting the state’s resources.
Kangna, speaking at a BJP membership drive in a village, alleged that funds intended for disaster relief are being channeled into what she termed a “Sonia relief fund”, instead of the official Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.
She criticized the Congress-led Government, under Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, for misusing financial resources while the state struggles with mounting debt. Kangna also questioned Congress’ lavish election spending and called on voters to remove the current administration.
