The last rites of former Union Minister Satyanarayan Jatiya's wife Kalavati Jatiya were performed at Chakratirtha in Ujjain on Monday. Karnataka Governor Gehlot and Chief Minister Yadav paid tribute to Jatiya's wife by offering a floral wreath on her mortal remains. Karnataka Governor Thawarchand Gehlot and Chief Minister Mohan Yadav also attended the funeral of Jatiya.
Yadav expressed condolences and consoled the family. He prayed to God to grant the departed soul a place in his lotus feet and give the bereaved family the strength to bear this immense grief. Regional MP Anil Firojiya, MLA Anil Jain Kaluheda, MLA Chintamani Malviya, MLA Tej Bahadur Singh Chauhan, MLA Satish Malviya, Vivek Joshi, Bahadur Singh Bormundla and other public representatives attended.
