n Chief Minister Mohan Yadav stated that understanding science becomes easier when communicated in one's native language. He noted that medical studies in Hindi have been initiated in Madhya Pradesh as part of this effort. Creating a supportive environment at all levels is crucial to promoting science communication in Hindi. He commended Vigyan Bharti for their commendable efforts in this regard.
Yadav said this at the inauguration of the National Hindi Science Conference-2024 organised by CSIR-Advanced Materials and Processes Research Institute. He emphasized the importance of honoring innovations based on practical knowledge. Noting that colonialism had diminished the recognition of national talents, Dr. Yadav highlighted that Hindi is now gaining prominence both domestically and globally. As a tribute to our cultural heritage, efforts are being made to connect the younger generation with their mentors by designating university Vice Chancellors as Kulgurus and continuing the tradition of honoring teachers on Guru Purnima alongside Teachers' Day.
Yadav expressed confidence that the Fourth National Hindi Science Conference will promote the use of Hindi in science and pave the way for organizing international Hindi Science Conferences.
