Indore Collector reviews Govt schemes under TL meeting

All departmental officers will reach the field and find out the field reality of the implementation of departmental schemes and programs. Indore city will be made a child beggar free city in the next 15 days. Teams have been formed by the Women and Child Development Department to take action in this regard. The rescued children will also be linked to education. Strict action will be taken against those who encroach on government land. To recover the dues related to RERA, the property will be attached and auctioned.

This information was given in the TL meeting held on Monday under the chairmanship of Indore Collector Ashish Singh. Chief Executive Officer of District Panchayat Indore Siddharth Jain, Additional Collector  Gaurav Benal, . Sapna Lauvanshi,  Roshan Rai and . Nisha Damor and officials of other concerned departments were present in the meeting. In the meeting, Collector Ashish Singh reviewed the resolution of the cases registered under CM Helpline. During this, he instructed that all the officers should ensure resolution of the registered cases within the time limit. There should not be any kind of carelessness and indifference in resolving the cases. Action will be taken against those who show negligence and indifference.

In the meeting, Collector Ashish Singh directed that the property of the concerned should be attached to recover the outstanding amount related to RERA. Issue notices to defaulters. According to the notice, if the amount is not deposited within the time limit, the property of the concerned should be attached and auction proceedings should be taken. He directed that strict action should be taken against those encroaching on government land.

All revenue officers should visit their respective areas and ensure that there is no encroachment on any government land. He instructed the revenue officers to effectively implement the revenue campaign. Officers should monitor the progress of the work of their subordinate officers daily. The progress of this campaign will be reviewed every week in the TL meeting. He said that revenue cases should be resolved within the time limit.

In the meeting, Collector Ashish Singh instructed that all the officers should visit the field continuously.

During the visit, they should find out the ground reality and review the progress of implementation of development works, departmental plans and programs on the spot. Present the report of the trip in the TL meeting every week. If the inspection report is not submitted, action will be taken against the concerned officers.

Collector Shri Ashish Singh directed the officials to make the city a child beggar free city in the next 15 days. On this occasion, Program Officer of Women and Child Development Department,  Ramniwas Budholia said that child begging is mainly seen in 27 intersections and 7 big temples in the city. Teams have been formed to take action at these places. Necessary action will be taken by these parties. The Collector directed that arrangements should also be made for the education of the children freed from beggary. If necessary, children should also be kept in hostels. He also reviewed the preparations for the Disabled Employment Fair to be organized in Indore on February 20.
