SBPS students shine in 15th edition of Confluence
The students of Sarala Birla Public School, Ranchi won accolades for their stupendous performance in the 15th edition of Confluence: SIS Literary Convergence held in Mumbai. It was a National level event in which 18 schools from all over the country participated. Krittika Sarkar of Std. IX won the Best Speaker award in the Turncoat segment of Multi-format English debates. Nabhya Lal of Std. XI and Krittika Sarkar of Std. IX were awarded with the Overall Best Delegation in Creative Writing. Principal, Paramjit Kaur, congratulated the students on their momentous success and encouraged others to participate in such competitions which give them global exposure.
Janmashtami Celebration at SCS
The Pre-Nursery to KG students of Surendranath Centenary School celebrated Janmashtami with great enthusiasm and fervor. Dressed in colorful costumes reflecting the Janmashtami theme, students adorned themselves as Radhas, Krishnas, and other characters from Krishna's life. They decorated a Jhula with flowers and peacock feathers. The celebration included soulful bhajans, aarti, and recitation of shlokas by students and teachers. Storytelling sessions by teachers highlighted incidents from Krishna's life. Principal Samita Sinha stated that the aim was to inculcate values of love, compassion, and devotion in the young students, while keeping alive the traditions and spirit of Janmashtami.
BoM inaugurated Chas branch
Bokaro: Bank of Maharashtra (BoM), Ranchi Zone has inaugurated the Chas Branch at Chas, Bokaro which is our 2nd Branch in Bokaro District and 34th Branch in Jharkhand. Our Zonal Manager Mrs. Shikha Kumari Choudhary has inaugurated Chas Branch along with CPC Head Hemant Kumar Mishra , Branch Manager Sandip Kumar and our esteemed customers.
Tech Mahindra held placement Drive VBU
Hazaribagh: Tech Mahindra's one day placement drive was organized at Vinoba Bhave University's U Set. The event was inaugurated by lighting a lamp in Vivekananda Auditorium. Barka village MLA Amba Prasad, Dr KK Gupta, Dr PK Manjhi, Dr Budhdev Mahato, Khemlal Mahato, Dr Mita Rani Singh, Dr Archana Dhan and other dignitaries were present at the inaugural ceremony. The stage was managed by Dr Archana Dhan, welcome address was given by Dr Kamal Mahato, and vote of thanks was given by Dr Mita Rani Singh. Pratyush Rahul, Kartikeya Rai and Aman Verma were present on behalf of Tech Mahindra. HR Head Pratyush Rahul gave the presentation on behalf of Tech Mahindra. The auditorium was packed to the brim.
