IG Indore Rural zone reviews policing of all eight districts

Zone level crime review meeting was organized by Inspector General of Police Indore Rural Zone  Anurag in his office.

While discussing all the points in detail, IG  Anurag informed all the people of the zone regarding Indian Penal Code crimes, minor acts, preventive proceedings, warrant-summons, identified crimes, pending complaints, departmental investigation and preparations for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections of the last 3 years.

Instructions were given to  All S P to take continuous action on various campaigns being run at the government level such as cancellation of bail of habitual criminals and Operation Muskaan to trace missing boys and girls.

IG Anurag directed that all the firecracker factories and explosive collection centers of the zone should be checked continuously and action should be taken against them as per rules.

Emphasis was laid on preparing dossier-history sheets of accused arrested in property related crimes and on continuous patrolling and effective checking to stop such incidents.

Identify gangs involved in organized crime. IG Anurag directed  all S P to take effective action against criminals involved in illegal liquor and illegal weapons manufacturing.

Keeping in mind the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, he asked to coordinate with the District Election Officer and do necessary work as per the instructions of the Election Commission.

IG  Anurag directed that festivals and fairs like Shivratri, Ramzan, Eid, Holi and Bhagoriya are to be organized in the coming month, in which proper security arrangements and CCTV surveillance should be maintained.

The use of technical experiments like e-FIR in the police should not only be increased but the general public should also be made aware about it.

Information about illegal immigrants should be collected through the DPM and FIP portal issued by the Home Ministry and hotel operators should be made aware in this regard.

He also talked about investigation and verification of migrant laborers and passengers.

The meeting was mainly attended by Superintendent of Police Khandwa  Birendra Kumar Singh, Superintendent of Police Dhar Manoj Kumar Singh, Superintendent of Police Khargone  Dharamvir Singh, Superintendent of Police Barwani  Puneet Gehlod, Superintendent of Police Indore Rural  Sunil Kumar Mehta, Superintendent of Police Burhanpur  Devendra Kumar. Patidar, Superintendent of Police Jhabua  Padmavilochan Shukla, Superintendent of Police Alirajpur  Rajesh Vyas were present.
