Jharkhand Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar on Saturday while addressing the new constables (Batch No. 163 and 164) at the convocation parade organised by Assistant Training Center, Border Security Force (BSF) at Rani Jhansi Parade Ground, Hazaribagh congratulated the jawans who have completed their training and appreciated their dedication and discipline.
The Governor also congratulated the families of the new constables and said that this success would not have been possible without their cooperation and inspiration. He also said that the service and security of Mother India is the top priority of our soldiers and due to their dedication the countrymen feel safe.
Gangwar said that the Border Security Force has a glorious history. Mentioning the important role of this force in the Indo-Pak war of 1971, he said that the indomitable courage of the force will always be a source of inspiration. Paying tribute to the martyred soldiers of the force, he described their supreme sacrifice as unforgettable.
Sharing his personal experience, the Governor said that he too had a strong desire to join the military service and was associated with NCC, but could not join the army due to some reasons. Gangwar said that the spirit of patriotism and discipline that is seen in the Indian Army is not found anywhere else. He inspired the new constables to face every challenge and take the prestige of the force to new heights by displaying courage and diligence in the most difficult situations.
The Governor said that the multi- dimensional training received from this excellent institute will increase the efficiency and personality of the new constables beyond expectation, due to which they will establish their unique identity in the Border Security Force. Gangwar congratulated all the trainers and soldiers for the successful organisation of the passing out parade and wished them a bright future.
