Haryana Cooperation, Jail, Heritage and Tourism Minister Arvind Kumar Sharma on Sunday said that the State Government is fulfilling its promises made in the Sankalp Patra, including issuing appointment letters to 25,000 youth, which has brought great joy among the younger generation.
“The BJP-led Government was formed in the State for the third consecutive time with the blessings of the 36 communities…Steps are taken for the welfare of the people belonging to all the communities and we are dedicated to serve the people,” he said, while talking to the media after attending the programme of akhand paath of Sant Garibdas' Amritmayi Vani at Adarsh Nagar in Jhajjar.
The Minister said that the State Government is focused on promoting tourism in Haryana and taking it to new heights. “Development works will be expedited, and the State Government is committed to fulfill the expectations of the people,” he stated. “The State Government, led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, has received overwhelming support, as evident from the voting patterns in Haryana,” he said.
He said that the state government is already fulfilling its promises made in the Sankalp Patra. “The state government is committed to the development of all sections of society, including farmers, agricultural laborers, athletes, women, and youth," he added.
Sharma said that significant improvements have been made to the state’s jails. He assured that any deficiencies would be addressed, with strict action taken if necessary. He added that India’s culture is the richest in the world, shaped significantly by its saints and sages. “Saints fought against social evils while imparting timeless lessons of compassion and unity to the world,” Sharma said, adding, “I am working with a spirit of service, following the path shown by my ancestors, and I am confident that I will continue to receive the blessings of saints and sages,” he added.
