Dhar police successfully solved college student’s abduction case within 30 hours. Three persons have been arrested in this connection.
On January 17, unknown miscreants abducted the girl student when she was returning from PG College Dhar after appearing in the examination. She was abducted in a white color Maruti Eeco vehicle without number.
Seeing the seriousness of the matter, 10 teams of Dhar police were formed by the S P Dhar Manoj Kumar Singh to arrest the student and he himself went to the forests of the police station area and searched.
The police teams secured a student, in the dense forests of Barkheda village of Police Station Bagh outpost Dehri.
Three of the accused who carried out the incident were taken into custody by the police team.
The white color Maruti Eeco vehicle and motorcycle used in the crime were seized. A case under sections 366, 368, 506, 342, 120 B IPC were added along with section 365 of the IPC in the case.
On the day of the incident, police received information of abduction. it was informed that the miscreants fled towards Jetpura. Immediately CSP Dhar Ravindra Vaskale police station in-charge Naugaon Savita Chaudhary and the team of cyber cell reached the spot.
Using technical resources, the teams collected information regarding the kidnapped student and identified the accused vehicle and the numberless white Maruti Eeco vehicle used in the incident.
Later, the teams formed searched the kidnapped girl student in the forests of village Barkheda located at Choki Dahri of Police Station Bagh led by S P Dhar Manoj Kumar Singh, where the girl student was safely recovered from the forests of village Barkheda.
The main accused and conspirator in the kidnapping incident, Bharat Pita Mulchand Baruke, resident of Bhil caste, Panjariya police station Dharampuri, had carried out the kidnapping incident along with his relatives resident of village Toll police station Bagh.
Dhar police team has so far taken into custody three miscreants Surendra Rawat, Rohit Nargesh and the Eeco van used in the incident and its driver Sanjay alias Anil Chauhan, out of the kidnappers involved in the incident, and the teams are continuously working to arrest the remaining accused.
