Girls of Latehar can now apply online for admission in the first year degree courses of either BA or BCom studies in the session 2024 -25 through the Chancellor's Portal in the Mahila college Latehar.
Dean students welfare of the Nilamber Pitamber university Dr Ambalika Prasad said the Chancellor's Portal is open since May 27.It will close on June 16.
Girls desirous of seeking admission in the first year of either the BA or the BCom degree courses can apply online through the Chancellor's Portal. Their session will be 2024 -28.
Dr Ambalika Prasad said subjects like History, Hindi, English, Geography and Political Science in Arts faculty will be taught here in the Mahila college Latehar.
Apart from it there will be degree level teaching in Commerce faculty too.
The Mahila College Latehar has 27 sanctioned posts. 17 posts including of the principal and 10 posts of the non teaching are already sanctioned here by the government.
Acting registrar of the Nilamber Pitamber university Dr Mirtunjay Kumar said similar online applications for admission are available on the Chancellor's Portal for the degree college Japla in Hussainabad in Arts and Commerce faculties here.
