Maharshi Panini Sanskrit Evam Vedic Vishwavidyalaya organized a three days National workshop on the translation of famous Sanskrit phrases in collaboration with National Education department of India.
The workshop was organized by Dr Akhilesh Dwivedi under the able guidance of the university Vice Chancellor professor Vijay Kumar Menon.
The Vice Chancellor in his keynote address highlighted the significance of such workshops for the society. He said that Sanskrit phrases are often misinterpreted therefore such workshops are very useful for the society.
The true aim of the workshop was to bring out the correct meaning contained in Sanskrit phrases. On this occasion a number of scholars such as Dr Tulsidas Parauha (Rewa), Prof Hemant Gehlot (ujjain), Saurabh Kumar (Delhi), Dr Umashankar Purohit (Indore), Dr STP Kanakvalli (Bhopal), Dr Shreyas Khoranne (Ujjain), Yash Sharma (Ujjain) participated in the workshop. The workshop ended successfully. Vote of thanks was given in the end by Dr Dinesh Chaubey.
