Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has announced that a National Seminar on Synthetic Chemistry will be held at Madhav Science College, Ujjain, an occasion of great pride for everyone. He highlighted that the college is his alma mater and emphasized that such events foster scientific activities. Madhav Science College, the first institution in the state to receive an A+ grade, will host discussions on synthesizing elements and polymers in its chemistry lab during the seminar. These events are expected to yield significant insights into future scientific research.
Chief Minister Yadav addressed the gathering on Tuesday after inaugurating the two-day national seminar on Organic Chemistry. The seminar, held on August 27th and 28th, was organized by the Anushandhan National Research Foundation, the Madhya Pradesh Council of Science and Technology in Bhopal, and the Public Participation Committee of Madhav Science College, Ujjain. Titled "A Conventional Discussion on Synthetic Organic Chemistry and Beyond," the event aims to advance research and innovation in Chemistry and support the successful implementation of the National Education Policy.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav noted that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is actively promoting diverse modern research initiatives across the country. Emphasis is being placed on generic medicines and the applications of polyester and other manufacturing materials. During the seminar, it was highlighted that this conference aims to explore organic chemistry and various synthetic chemical forms. Numerous research papers have been submitted for the event, which will include technical and significant sessions. These papers will be published in a journal following the conference. Researchers will present their findings during the sessions, and the Chief Minister also released the conference proceedings booklet.
In the seminar, MP Shri Anil Firojia, MLA Shri Anil Jain Kaluhera, Mayor Shri Mukesh Tatwal, Shri Vivek Joshi, Vice Chancellor Vikram University Shri Akhilesh Kumar Pandey, Dr. Arvind Chaudhary of Anushandhan National Research Foundation, Vice Chancellor Maharishi Panini Sanskrit Vedic University Acharya Vijay Kumar CG., Principal Government Madhav Science College, Ujjain, scientists, professors and students were present.
