Central Mine Planning and Design Institute (CMPDI), a Subsidiary of Coal India Limited is observing Special Campaign 4.0 at its HQ and all its Regional Institutes spread across 6 states. Special Campaign 4.0 aims to institutionalize Swachhata with focus on Enhancement of office spaces, Adoption of Environmental Friendly practices, Waste to Wealth creation, Scrap Disposal, Inclusivity etc.
Special Campaign 4.0 will be implemented in two phases i.e preparatory phase (16th-30th September) and Implementation Phase (02nd-30th October, 2024).
CMPDI till date identified 33 sites for Cleanliness Campaign which will clear 52764 sq.ft of area; 214 physical files to be weeded out; Closing of 824 e-files etc.
It is pertinent to mention here that CMPDI during Special campaign 3.0 in 2023, cleaned 37 sites against a target of 32 sites; 1770 physical files were weeded out against a target of 100; and a record number of 12269 e-files were closed against a target of 700 thus exceeding all the targets by a huge margin.
