Chief Minister Champai Soren, is set to lay the foundation stone and inaugurate various schemes for the residents of East Singhbhum district on June 16 at Gandhi Maidan, Mango. In preparation for this important event, District Magistrate cum Deputy Commissioner Ananya Mittal conducted a thorough inspection of the program site. Accompanying her were Deputy Development Commissioner Manish Kumar and City SP Mukesh Lunayat. The inspection focused on reviewing the security arrangements, law and order maintenance, cleanliness of the venue, parking logistics, seating arrangements for beneficiaries, and ensuring the adequate availability of essential services like drinking water, mobile toilets, medical teams, and ambulances.
Given the extreme heat, the District Magistrate cum Deputy Commissioner emphasized the need for sufficient drinking water across all zones within the event area. He instructed that assets to be distributed should be managed efficiently, with special attention to the seating arrangements for beneficiaries, smooth traffic flow, and parking facilities. All departments were urged to finalize their preparations and ensure seamless execution on the day of the event.
Additionally, the officials were tasked with ensuring a smooth traffic system and robust security from Sonari Airport to the program venue. The need for comprehensive reviews at every level was underscored to guarantee the event's success.
Present during the inspection were DTO Dhananjay, District Public Relations Officer Panchanan Oraon, Municipal Body Officer, Police Station Incharge, and other key officials. Their collective efforts are focused on making the event a success, ensuring that the Chief Minister's visit proceeds without any hitches.
