Chief minister Hemant Soren is due to arrive here in Daltonganj on August 21.
He will have his divisional programme at the Chiyanki air strip where through DBT he will be transferring money to eligible girls and women selected under the Jharkhand Mukhmantri Maiyyan Samman Yojna.
There are 4 lakh plus beneficiaries combine for the three districts Garhwa, Latehar and Palamu. Palamu has the highest receipts of the application 2.50 lakh plus.
Palamu administration is making all out efforts to make this event a big success.
Nearly 1 lakh beneficiaries are expected to be converging here in a combine way from the three districts Garhwa, Latehar and Palamu at the Chiyanki air strip.
Sources said it will be in a fitness of thing if the administration asks the beneficiaries not to bring in children upto 12 years with them.
Huge crowd of young girls of the age 21 and plus is another tedious issue with the administrations to deal with it.
Sources said the administration is working out for minimisation to the element of chaos and rush which is inevitable in such a huge gathering.
Refreshment packets with water are to be made available to beneficiaries right at their originating destination where block level officials are to arrange it for them.
Here one is reminded of one of the crowd scenes of the programme of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the Chiyanki air strip where some youths quite dangerously perched on the upper surface of the transformer and when Modi saw it, he at once stopped his speech and urged the climbers to first scale down safely. The climbers did as told by the Prime Minister.
Again sources said the administration is to be in constant touch with the meteorological department to know the forecast for weather on August 21.
If the weather office predicts rains and lightning then there is no way to help it except the crowd must behave sensibly during the rains and lightning.
Chiyanki air strip is a huge open space and most vulnerable to lightning strikes if humans are mindlessly out in the rains in the open here.
