Chief Minister Hemant Soren said that recently in this Shaurya Sabhagar, 527 young men and women have been given appointment letters by the state government. Some became teachers, some became engineers, some became technicians. Youth got jobs in different fields. Today again in this auditorium, the way has been paved for about 444 youngsters to enter the new journey of their life. The CM congratulated the officers and their family members.
The CM was addressing people at the appointment letter distribution program of newly selected 444 training officers organized today at Shaurya Sabhagar, JAP-1, Doranda, Ranchi on Saturday.
The CM said that the present time is of technology. Now it is very important for every person to be skilled. He said that now the pace of time has increased, in the present time the pace of human life has also increased. Now everyone has to cover long distances in less time. Now everyone is short of time. He said that you people are now going to such an environment, where you will also increase your speed due to your wisdom and skills. Now it depends on you how much speed you can give to your life.
Soren said that today appointment letters have been provided to the students studying in the ITI of the state. After the formation of the state, I think this is the first or second time that ITI students are receiving appointment letters. The Chief Minister said that our government is making tireless efforts to give a new direction to the youth on the path of employment.
The CM said that we cannot say that we have completed every task 100 per cent, but work has been done with honesty and commitment to include the state among the leading states of the country. He said that after saving lives and livelihoods for two years in the Corona infection, in such a short time, whether it is JPSC, JSSC or distribution of appointment letters for different departments, all the work has been done continuously. The process of conducting the examination or the process of exam date, all these works are going on at a fast pace. Our government has added all the links that were necessary to do all this. New appointment rules have been made by removing the anomalies in the appointment rules.
The CM said that the appointment rules of JPSC were made for the first time and we also gave appointments by conducting the examination in record days. Today those youth are serving the state in various departments. He said that the opportunity of campus selection is also provided in polytechnic centers, under which, in this year itself, employment has been provided to more than 3 thousand students in various sectors like Tata Motors, Hitachi, Honda, Maruti Suzuki etc with the efforts of the state government. The employed students are rapidly progressing in different companies by showcasing their skills better. I am always happy to know this.
On this occasion, Minister Banna Gupta, Director, Labour Planning and Training Sanjeev Kumar Besra, Additional Secretary Labour Planning Department Sunil Kumar Singh, Deputy Commissioner Ranchi Rahul Kumar Singh and other senior officials were present.
