Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has expressed grief over the demise of three senior litterateurs of the state, Ashok Waqt (Ujjain), Parshuram Shukla (Shivpuri) and Dhananjay Verma (Bhopal).
Chief Minister Yadav said that Ashok Waqt possessed a scholarly nature. He was a beacon of serious writing. He also provided art reviews for prestigious events over many years and offered interesting details to the readers. Yadav said that the demise of Ashok Waqt, Dr. Parshuram Shukla and Dr. Dhananjay Verma is an irreparable loss to the literary world. These literary stalwarts made significant contributions in the field of art, culture reporting, literature and criticism in Hindi with their distinctive style. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav extended humble tributes to the departed personalities and prayed for the eternal peace of their souls.
