The pre-scheduled meeting of INDIA Alliance was held on June 1 at the Delhi residence of Congress National President Mallikarjun Kharge. Apart from Jharkhand Chief Minister Champai Soren, former CM's wife Kalpana Soren was also present in the meeting.

Former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav, VIP Party's Mukesh Sahni, senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, former UP CM Akhilesh Yadav, Farooq Abdullah, Sitaram Yechury, Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, KC Venugopal, Sharad Pawar, Dipankar Bhattacharya, Sahni, Priyanka Gandhi, AAP leader Sanjay Singh etc. were present.

After the meeting, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge said that the meeting lasted for two and a half hours. In which many issues were discussed. Congress will participate in the exit poll debate. Congress changed its decision. The alliance will win at least 295 seats.

India Alliance convener Mallikarjun Kharge gave information about the meeting. He said, the leaders of the alliance are meeting informally to take stock of the preparations for the counting day. The fight is not over yet. Leaders and workers of all parties are extremely vigilant. I thank each of them for their dignified presence. We have fought the Lok Sabha elections with all our might. We are confident of a positive result because the people of India have supported us.

Kejriwal was also present in the meeting along with Sonia and Rahul Gandhi. CPP Chairperson Sonia Gandhi was present in the meeting held at the residence of Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge.
