Under the guidance of Jharkhand High Court Judge cum Executive Chairman of Jhalsa Sujit Narayan Prasad and Ranchi Civil Court Chief Justice Commissioner Diwakar Pandey, the cheque bounce case of film actress Amisha Patel and Ajay Kumar was settled on Saturday.
With the contribution of mediator Sanjay Kumar and his advocates Jaiprakash and Vijayi Laxmi Srivastava, a settlement was reached between the first party Amisha Patel and the second party Ajay Kumar Singh.
Justice Commissioner Diwakar Pandey was also present in the video conferencing. He talked to both the parties and congratulated everyone on the settlement. It is known that for the special Lok Adalat to be held in the Supreme Court from 29 July to 3 August, notice has been issued on 40 cases related to the District Court by the District Legal Services Authority, Ranchi.
