Under the three-month Vigilance Awareness Campaign 2024, the Vigilance Department of BSL organized a capacity-building training program for its officials on October 19. The event was held at the Learning and Development Department, with a total of 29 executive participants from various departments in attendance.
The program was graced by the Chief General Manager (Vigilance) and ACVO, Gyanesh Jha, along with Manish Jalota, Chief General Manager (Learning and Development), and Santosh Kumar Gupta, Assistant General Manager (Vigilance).
The primary objective of the program was to raise awareness among BSL officials on the organization’s systems, processes, codes of conduct and ethics, governance, behavioral guidelines, cyber security, procurement, and related subjects. The interactive session featured faculty members who shared their expertise and knowledge with the participants. The program was skillfully moderated by Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Deputy General Manager (Learning and Development).
