Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) emerged victorious in the grand finale of the prestigious Ran Neeti Director Personnel Cup Business Simulation Games, hosted by the All India Management Association (AIMA), New Delhi. The final, held at MTI Ranchi, saw BSL's team, featuring General Manager (HSM) Sudhir, Assistant General Manager (Learning and Development) Amit Anand, and Senior Manager (Learning and Development) Preeti Kumari, clinch the top spot. Notably BS Popli (ED -HRD) from SAIL Corporate office handed over the trophy .
BSL's second team also excelled, securing the runner-up position. This group included Deputy General Manager (HSM) Rahul Singh, Senior Manager (CTS) Owais Ahmed, and Manager (HSM) Rahul Ranjan Panda.
The competition began at the plant level with over 142 teams, eventually narrowing down to 21 exceptional teams representing various SAIL units. After an intense semi-final round on October 14, 2024, 11 teams advanced to the grand finale. The top management at BSL congratulated both teams for their outstanding achievements, showcasing their strategic acumen and teamwork in this high-level contest.
