A two-day safety awareness training program was organized for 19 executives from various departments of Bokaro Steel Plant (BSL) at the Department of Learning and Development from September 5-6, 2024. The program featured faculty members who had previously received "Train the Trainer" training from Messrs ASK-EHS.
The inaugural session was graced by B.K. Sartape, Chief General Manager (Safety & Fire Services), and D.R. Toppo, General Manager (HR-L&D). Sartape administered the safety oath to all participants and officially inaugurated the program. In his address, he emphasized the importance of safety in a steel plant and urged participants to share the knowledge gained with their colleagues. Ms. Toppo also encouraged participants to make the most of the training.
