Over 14.16 lakh cases disposed in NLA
A National Lok Adalat was organised by Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority across the State of Jharkhand under the aegis of National Legal Services Authority on Saturday. The National Lok Adalat was on all matters. The tentative disposal figure of the whole state of Jharkhand says that a total of 14,16,114 cases were disposed of and an amount of Rs 13,82,76,78,746 was settled in the Lok Adalat. At the Jharkhand High Court 36 cases were disposed of.
Sandeep Nagpal becomes DRUCCC member
Sandeep Nagpal, Secretary of Ranchi Citizens Committee and President of Chotanagpur Passenger Association of Jharkhand has once again been nominated as DRUCCC member of Railways. Nagpal has always raised the voice of public facilities of passengers in the railways before railway officials and railway ministers for the last several years so that basic facilities can be made available to the passengers. Nagpal has also made his valuable contribution as a member of the Advisory Committee of Railways for the last several years. Nagpal's tenure as DRUCCC member will be till 16 August 2026. Minister of State for Defense and MP Sanjay Seth, Hatia MLA Naveen Jaiswal, former Deputy Mayor Sanjeev Vijay Vargiya and others congratulated Nagpal on becoming the DRUCCC member of Railways.
Talent Hunt - 2024 at RRD
Talent Hunt - 2024 Preliminary Phase was organized by the Personnel Department of the Ranchi Railway Division on September 27 and 28. Employees working in Ranchi Railway Division and their family members participated in this competition in the presence of Mona Bindra, President of South Eastern Railway Women Welfare Organization (SERWWO) Ranchi. In this two-day competition, about 150 participants participated in various genres like dance, music, comedy drama, musical instruments, comedy show etc. Members of SERWWO Ranchi, Sr DPO Raja, APO Alok Kumar Rai, all the employees of the Welfare Section of the Personnel Department, members of the Divisional Cultural Organization and others were present in the programme.
