Eye check-up camp at Shashwat Institute of Teachers’ Education

A free eye check-up camp was organized in the college auditorium of Shashvat Institute of Teachers Education under the aegis of Jharkhand Health Mission (NGO) on Monday. The program was organized with the joint coordination of the Principal of the college, Dr. Sanjay Kumar Sinha and the President of Jharkhand Health Mission, Santosh Soni. All the trainees associated with the National Service Scheme unit of the college participated enthusiastically in the organization of the camp. Snehl Ranjan from the college management committee, all the lecturers and trainees as well as the people of Hootup village also participated in the eye check-up. Prakash Kumar, Dr. Pradeep Dubey, Ashish Prakash, Rahul Jaiswal of Sharp Sight Eye Hospital, Shahnawaz Nayyar of Bittu Optical played an important role in making this programme successful. Through this event, everyone became aware of valuable information related to eye health.

CCL's AMM plants saplings on HQ premises

Under the 'Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam Abhiyan' at CCL, Arpita Mahila Mandal planted saplings dedicated to the environment in CCL Office, Darbhanga House, premises. The objective of the programme was to honour motherhood and contribute towards environmental protection by planting trees in the name of mothers. President of Arpita Mahila Mandal, Preeti Singh led the campaign in which members of Arpita Mahila Mandal actively planted trees in the office premises. The aim of the campaign is not only to highlight the importance of environmental protection but also to inspire the community to make positive contributions towards nature in the name of their mothers. Rita Mishra, Shashi Duhan, Kiran Jha, Indu Mishra, Roopa Rani and all members of Arpita Mahila Mandal were present on the occasion. Nine eco-parks are also being developed by the company.

9 year old child treated at Paras Hospital

Paras Hospital, Dhurva, Ranchi HEC, Dr Sanjeev Kumar Sharma successfully treated a nine-year-old patient from Koderma. The child was having frequent epileptic seizures. For several months, he was abusing people, taking off their clothes, hitting them, shouting loudly, etc. due to his psychopathic behaviour. He was being treated in an outside hospital. After this, the patient's family contacted Neurology, Paras Hospital, Sharma. He started his treatment. After investigation, autoimmune encephalitis was identified in the patient. After one month of treatment, the child is completely healthy. The child is not facing any kind of problem.
