Executive Director of Bank of India, Rajiv Mishra arrived here on Wednesday and he was welcomed by all the staff members of Field General Manager Office – Bhopal (FGMO), Staff Training Institute and Bhopal Zonal Office located at Bank of India Bhopal. The keys of an ambulance were handed over to the Chief Medical Officer, District Bhopal, for the use of needy people under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by Executive Director Rajiv Mishra. In the same sequence, a review meeting of all the zonal offices under the Field General Manager Office – Bhopal was organized, in which various banking business parameters of the business were discussed and he provided detailed guidelines for achieving various business goals of the bank.It is known that Bank of India (BOI) organized a settlement day on Wednesday to settle the NPA loan accounts of borrowers under One Time Settlement (OTS) in all its branches, zones and FGMOs across the country.

The settlement day was organized especially for those NPA borrowers who could not repay the loan on time due to trouble in business, medical condition or any other genuine reason. The bank has special OTS schemes for settlement of small value accounts and medium size accounts. Under OTS settlement, several large NPA borrowers of FGMOs invited to the meeting were talked to and resolved.

Thereafter, a session was also organized in the Staff Training Institute to establish interaction with the staff members. The meeting was started by the General Manager of FGMO Bhopal, Pramod Kumar Dwivedi with his welcome address, after which Executive Director Rajiv Mishra reviewed various banking business parameters and outlined the future challenges and provided roadmap and guidance accordingly. Executive Director Mr. Mishra told all the staff members that the bank is moving towards development in the IT sector, for which the bank is taking steps towards investment.
