In the presence of Jharkhand State DGP Anurag Gupta, an MoU was signed between Jharkhand Police and Bank of India (BoI) at Jharkhand Police Headquarters on Thursday for BoI Rakshak Salary Package.
The MoU was signed by Gupta on behalf of Jharkhand Police and Ranchi Field General Manager, Manoj Kumar on behalf of BOI. Ranchi Zonal Manager Sanjeev Kumar Singh and Assistant General Manager Ajay Kumar Pandey were also present on the occasion.
Many facilities have been made available to the policemen under this special salary package.
It is worth mentioning that Jharkhand's leading BoI is providing personal accident death insurance which is Rs 1 crore, permanent total disability, Rs 50 lakh, permanent partial disability, Rs 25 lakh, aircraft accident Rs 2 crore, normal death Rs 10 lakh and insurance amount for higher education of 2 dependent children Rs 0 lakh in case of death in a personal accident to the officers and employees working in the police service through more than 550 branches located all over Jharkhand.
Apart from this, personal loan is also being made available at the lowest interest rate.
All these special insurance facilities will be provided completely free of cost to the account holder under the Rakshak Salary Package by Bank of India. This MoU is an important step for the Jharkhand Police personnel, which will provide them financial security and facilities.
