Misrod police have recovered the body of a 32-year-old man from a flat in Jatkhedi area, police have started investigation. The man had told his mother over the phone 5 days ago that he was having pain in his chest.
On Wednesday, his neighbors informed the police about the foul smell coming from the flat. On Thursday afternoon, the family left for Chhattisgarh with the body after the postmortem.
According to the information received from Misrod police, 32-year-old Amandeep Singh was living alone in Fortune Kasturi Colony in Jatkhedi for three years.
He was not spotted coming out of his flat for the last five days. When the foul smell came, the employee looking after the maintenance work in the colony informed the police about it and police team reached the spot. The flat was locked from inside. When the police broke the door and went inside, they saw that Amandeep's body was lying on the bed.
The police said that Amandeep used to work in a company. He was currently on WFM (work from home). He also did event management. He hailed from Chhattisgarh. He had talked to his mother five days ago.
Aman had told his mother that he was having chest pain. It is suspected that he died of a heart attack.
