During the second phase of the election campaign, Chief Minister Hemant Soren addressed a meeting in favour of Kedar Hazra on Sunday and said that atrocities are being committed against tribal women in states like Manipur which is not hidden from anyone. While attacking the BJP sharply in Jamtara, Soren said that these people have not done a single work for the tribals, farmers and the poor.

The CM said that the Central government has increased inflation to the sky which has made it difficult for people to live. These people adopt the policies of divide and rule.

Soren said that it has been 24 years since the State was separated, Jharkhand should have been the richest state in the country. Migration from here should have stopped. But this situation arose due to their wrong policies. Therefore, in this election, you should work to strengthen the grand alliance government.

The CM said that we have served among you for 5 years and the challenges that we have seen, no government had faced after the State was separated. During the Corona pandemic, the central government suddenly imposed a lockdown and thousands of people from Giridih, Jamua, Gandey and other areas got stuck in different parts of the country. The BJP government sitting in the centre left everyone on the streets, but your coalition government was successful in bringing you all safely.

BJP does not want the poor community to become strong hence they have worked to conduct the elections before time. He further said that no one can do anything to the government which has the blessings of the poor community. The coalition government is strengthening the hands of the poor of the State.

Soren said that to strengthen the people of Jharkhand outstanding electricity bills and farmers' agricultural loans have been waived, mothers and sisters were given honour money as a mark of respect. Now the honor money of mothers and sisters is going to be Rs 2500 from December. We promise to deliver one lakh to every family in the coming 5 years.

The CM said that the matter of Naudih and Neemdih blocks is coming to the fore. All of you should strengthen the grand alliance government and all your demands will be fulfilled.

In Jamtara, Soren said that what have they done for the welfare of half the population of the State? Nothing! They only work to divide people on the basis of caste and religion. These people are not givers but takers and that their work is to make people fight. We work above caste and religion and all sections are getting the benefits of the grand alliance government’s schemes.

Soren said that the entire opposition is camping in Jharkhand. We have kept these people out of power for five years and now they are desperate to come to power. These people have their eyes on our minerals, water, forests and land. Therefore, we have to drive them out of Jharkhand together. These people tried to topple the government by sending me to jail, but the Mahagathbandhan government is standing like a mountain in front of them, which they are unable to move. Our unity is necessary to save the Constitution of the country.
